10/10 recommend! I’ve been looking for a new used car for months and at countless dealerships in Omaha. Most car salesman I’ve met in the past few months haven’t been helpful or very nice to me. I’ve been looking for a newer black Chevy Malibu for months and Henry’s literally had the exact car I wanted. Luke was so helpful and did most of the work with me over the phone before I made the short drive to Nebraska city. I was approved before I even got there and left with my brand new car in less than two hours, with a great deal on my new car! The entire staff was so friendly and welcoming to me including Mike, Luke, and Jake. The dealership itself is very nice and welcoming. I literally have never met more friendly people at a car dealership!! I will be telling all my friends & family about this dealer ship & highly recommend buying your new car here, thanks again!
Absolutely the BEST car buying experience I've ever had. We live out of state (but within 2.5 hour drive) and I would absolutely undoubtedly buy another car here. From the day of first contact on a vehicle we were interested in, to the day of delivery the whole experience was unequivocally "above & beyond". For starters, no other dealer could come close to securing the financing terms that Jake was able to get for us. We made two trips out to them - once to initially look at the vehicle and a 2nd to finalize the deal. We had been heavily shopping but the customer service and great financing terms here was unmatched & ultimately made the decision to purchase here a no-brainer. The positive reviews of Henry Motors speaks volumes to the integrity of this business - something that is truly rare in the business of "used" vehicle sales.
Sales experience was great. However the dealership did not have an accurate/clean title to go with the vehicle. This was not discovered until I was at the DMV. Mike was quick to blame the dealership where the vehicle came from. He also suggested I needed to be more forgiving and flexible, since it would be past the 30 -day registration window, of the law. I had to cancel a work trip and delay our vacation due to not having a clean title in hand before 30 days. To top it off, I was given expired dealer plates to put on the vehicle as we went on vacation. (with new title in glove box). This could have been avoided had the dealership done a NE vehicle inspection, instead of requiring me to do it.
It was a major headache.Too bad sales didn't match the experience or contract.
